Are you an experienced recruiter in the construction or engineering sectors? Want to work smarter—not just longer—and be rewarded for your performance with realistic six-figure earning potential!

We’re expanding our US team and looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a high-performing, supportive environment.

The Role:

• Specialise in placing top-tier talent across the construction or engineering markets in the U.S.
• Build and manage your own desk with support from a highly experienced team.
• Focus on delivery and performance—no micromanagement, just results.
• Monday to Thursday: 12pm–8pm (to align with US time zones)
• Friday: Work from home, 4-hour day
• Outside of core hours, we’re flexible—WFH, hybrid, or wherever you do your best work, as long as you’re contributing to team success.
• Uncapped monthly commission, based on your revenue at any point in the quarter.
• Top billers currently earn between £150k–£200k OTE.
• Basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

• 360 recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering.
• A commercial mindset and proven billing track record.
• Confidence working independently and driving your own success.
• Based just outside Altrincham town centre—walkable, but with free on-site parking.
