Job summary

Milk Education is seeking an experienced recruiter to move from running a desk into a role focused on training, coaching and developing others across our national business in the UK.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will deliver induction training, coach consultants across the full 360 lifecycle, and help shape a high-performance recruitment culture. If you enjoy developing people and have a proven agency track record, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in agency recruitment, ideally within education or healthcare recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the full 360 recruitment process.
• Genuine passion for training, coaching and helping others succeed.
• Confidence and presence to engage and inspire a room.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Natural credibility and the ability to build trust quickly.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different personalities.
• Energetic, positive and able to motivate teams.
• Ability to give constructive, honest feedback.
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs, performance and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging recruitment induction training for new starters.
• Coach consultants across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Support new consultants in their first three months to build confidence and capability.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching, desk-side mentoring and workshops.
• Work with Branch Managers to tailor development plans.
• Monitor KPIs and quality standards to identify improvements.
• Perform quality audits and embed best practice across the business.
• Coach experienced consultants to improve performance and results.
• Provide constructive feedback to help consultants overcome challenges.
• Share recruitment experience and techniques across the business.
• Help create a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
