• 5+ years of top-tier recruiting experience.
• Exceptional sourcing skills in competitive markets.
• Strong candidate judgment beyond CVs and data-driven.
• High ownership and proactive problem-solving in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end searches from kick-off to close and offer.
• Proactively source exceptional candidates, minimize reliance on external agencies.
• Collaborate with leaders to define what great looks like and focus searches.
• Assess candidates with strong judgment, history, motivation and fit.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and pace.
• Build and improve recruiting processes: interview design, scorecards, pipelines, reporting, ATS usage.
• Use data to monitor pipeline health and performance.
