Job summary

Cielo Senior Recruiter role in London/Warsaw focuses on delivering exceptional talent acquisition services across clients. You will lead intake sessions, advise hiring managers on market data, and drive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate slates and pipelines.

You will function as a brand ambassador, mentor recruiters, and partner with leaders to determine offers, using compensation guidelines and market data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, HR or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andcompensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
