Job summary

Cielo in London is seeking a Senior Recruiter Tech GTM to lead intake meetings with hiring managers, shaping position specs using market data and building strong talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, assess candidate profiles, and keep applicants engaged throughout the process while mentoring the recruiting team in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
