Responsibilities

• Speak with candidates and clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Develop new business with architecture and interior design practices across London and the wider UK.
• Source, interview and match talented professionals with opportunities.
• Manage vacancies from brief through to successful placement.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build your own professional network and develop into a specialist recruitment consultant.
