Represent Recruitment, based in London, is seeking ambitious professionals to connect top creative talent with leading agencies and brands. Working from our Farringdon studio in a hybrid setup, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for branding, graphic design, art direction and more.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lightning-fast communication and follow-up.
• Comfortable speaking with a range from mid-weight designers to creative directors.
• Naturally curious about people and the creative industry.

Responsibilities

• Building long-term relationships with designers, creative leaders and clients.
• Managing recruitment projects from first conversation through to successful placement.
• Interviewing and representing exceptional creative talent.
• Developing a deep understanding of clients, teams and hiring challenges.
• Delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
• Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge, ideas and opportunities.
