Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking an experienced freelance/interim recruiter to join our London team. You’ll take an established desk, own it end to end, run delivery, and grow your talent pool while building strong client relationships that bolster the desk.

You’ll source, qualify, and place top talent in design, creative, brand, digital and marketing, thriving in a high-energy environment that rewards fast action and high standards.

Formación

• Deep experience in contract markets and desk management.
• Able to originate new business and grow client relationships.
• Experienced in end-to-end recruitment delivery from sourcing to placement.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of an established desk and run delivery end to end.
• Source, qualify and place top talent across design, creative, brand, digital and marketing.
• Develop client relationships and grow the desk through origination or expansion of accounts.
