Job description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Technology Talent Acquisition Team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

This is a remote role, you would be working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3) with a diverse group of other employees working remotely from locations such as UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the TA Leadership. Someone with easy access to London for infrequent adhoc meetings would be ideal.

Skills You Need to Apply:
  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Proven background in recruiting with a strong track record of successful delivery demonstrated across various types of roles and industries, that should include core expertise in either, Information Technology or Business Finance/Credit.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams.

  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.

  • Agency: Previous recruitment agency success is highly desirable.

We’re seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter, preferred experience would be managing candidate experience at scale in tech and/or professional level roles.
Think high volume inbound rather than spray and pray messaging campaigns. When we do source its low volume, high quality and personalised.
Highly desirable is multi-region experience, Europe, Africa, Middle East. This is a 12 month FTC.
