We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Leader to join the Medical HR team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
You will help bring UHS to the next level by helping us attract, source, select and retain world-class talent. You will research talent markets, network with passive candidates, and use creative sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies that will attract the best talent to UHS.
You’ll be delivering a fast, accurate, customer-focused recruitment service, and as such, you’ll need to be customer service-orientated and a committed individual who enjoys providing a first-class service to managers and candidates.
You will also help supervise operational recruitment on a day-to-day basis, providing support, management and leadership to the Medical Recruitment Team. If you have previous experience in an HR or recruitment role along with some experience in managing or supervising an operational team previously, we’d love to receive your application.
This role sits within the Medical Recruitment team, which coordinates initiatives related to the employment and recruitment of doctors within the Trust. The service supports effective management and deployment of senior and junior medical staff including locum medical staff in order to support the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
