Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a Senior Recovery Worker based at Milestone in England. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, managing your own caseload, formulating risk assessments and developing care plans for residents with complex needs in a high-support setting.

You will facilitate group sessions and provide individual support using therapeutic approaches, focusing on recovery and positive outcomes for service users. A flexible shift pattern including sleep-ins and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using a person-centred approach in mental health settings.
• Understanding the complex needs of individuals supported.
• Ability to prioritise workload and supervise/line manage.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible, recovery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload, undertake risk assessments and put care plans in place.
• Engage residents through group work and activities using therapeutic principles.
• Provide individual support to enable residents to make informed choices about their future.
• Work 37 hours per week with shifts including sleep-ins and weekends.
