Job summary

Turning Point in Bristol is hiring Recovery Workers to support service users in setting goals around treatment and recovery. You will work in the alcohol team, provide assessments, risk management planning and liaise with clinical staff and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with service users and colleagues (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage different tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or willingness to work in health and social care with safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to decide goals around treatment and recovery.
• Provide psycho-social interventions and information to service users.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on prescribing needs and with partner agencies; complete safeguarding referrals when needed.
