Hestia is seeking a Senior Outreach Recovery Worker to provide person-centred, recovery-focused support to a caseload of service users within our community-based day service at the Oremi Centre. You will use holistic assessments, SMART plans and recovery tools to identify strengths, manage risks and help individuals achieve their goals.

• Experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs.
• Ability to engage with diverse communities.
• Experience delivering outreach in community settings.

Responsabilités
