Key elements of your roleasSenior Receptionistincludes ensuringall our guests receive a positive,warmand professional first impression of the restaurant.You willassist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in theteam’swelfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able tosupervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
