Job summary

Place Yorkshire, a leading property and construction consultancy, is seeking ambitious Project Managers to join its Leeds-based Real Estate team. You will take responsibility for successful delivery from inception to completion, acting as the main client contact and leading multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects across refurbishment, redevelopment and major new-build schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction, refurbishment, regeneration or development projects.
• Consultancy background in project management or construction consultancy.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects through the full development lifecycle from feasibility through to completion.
• Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor.
• Establishing project objectives, success criteria, governance structures and delivery strategies.
• Managing programme, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and external stakeholders.
• Advising clients on procurement strategies and project delivery approaches.
• Managing project reporting, governance and communication processes.
• Monitoring project performance and implementing measures to drive successful outcomes.
• Managing change control procedures and ensuring effective project controls are maintained.
• Supporting business development activities and fostering long-term client relationships.
