Turner & Townsend in Cambridge seeks an Associate Director to lead complex real estate projects, ensuring delivery on time, cost and quality. You will be the day-to-day client interface and provide strategic guidance at project conception.

You'll establish governance, manage KPIs, and contribute to business development with existing and new clients. Travel within the UK and internationally is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in relevant construction, real estate or project management discipline.
• 8 years’ experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
• Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
• Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
• Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives
