Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Midlands region seeks a Senior Real Estate Program Manager - Transactions for a 12-month FTC. The role offers flexibility with remote work and weekly office attendance in the Midlands, leading end-to-end real estate transactions and related projects for a major client.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate with advisers and landlords, and drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in real estate or related discipline.
• Typically five years’ relevant commercial real estate transaction or programme delivery experience.
• Proven senior stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full transaction lifecycle for lease-related projects from inception to completion.
• Translate business requirements into property strategies, scopes, delivery plans and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions including operations, legal, finance and senior leadership.
• Lead programme governance, manage outsourced providers and monitor service levels.
• Develop options appraisals and business cases outlining commercial and risk implications.
• Drive portfolio-wide transaction strategy and forward-looking optimization opportunities.
