MRA Search partners with a leading City firm to appoint a Senior Professional Support Lawyer for the real estate group. This strategic knowledge role blends legal expertise with innovation, training, and efficiency initiatives to drive quality and growth across the practice.

The role involves leading research on market and regulatory developments, creating know-how and legal tech tools, delivering training, supporting business development with thought leadership, and promoting automation and AI

Qualifications

A qualified solicitor with 7+ PQE and real estate experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Knowledge Lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Lead legal research and analysis on market and regulatory developments.
Create and curate know-how, tools, and legal tech solutions.
Deliver engaging training for lawyers at all levels.
Support BD with thought leadership and client-facing content.
Drive innovation through document automation and AI integration.
Collaborate with practice leaders on knowledge strategy and development initiatives.
