Job summary

MRA Search is recruiting a Senior Professional Support Lawyer to back a leading City firm’s real estate group. The role centers on knowledge strategy, training, and innovation to boost quality, efficiency, and growth across the practice.

You will lead research on market and regulatory developments, create know-how resources and legal tech tools, and deliver training for lawyers at all levels, while supporting BD with thought leadership content and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• A qualified solicitor with 7+ PQE and real estate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities for innovation.
• Knowledge Lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal research on market and regulatory developments.
• Create and curate know-how, tools, and legal tech solutions.
• Deliver training for lawyers at all levels.
• Support BD with thought leadership and client content.
