Job summary

Michael Page Legal is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to move into a strategic Knowledge & Innovation role within a leading UK law firm. You will drive knowledge strategy, legal tech adoption and the development of innovative products and services that enhance client value.

Reporting into senior Knowledge & Innovation leadership, you will lead innovation projects within the real estate practice, act as product owner for key knowledge and legal tech platforms, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with significant real estate/property experience, typically 8+ PQE.
• Strong background in transactional real estate work with awareness of planning and disputes.
• Experience in knowledge management, legal operations, innovation or legal tech initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
• Enthusiastic about legal tech, AI and process improvement.
• Comfortable leading change and influencing senior lawyers.
• Experience using legal research platforms such as Practical Law and Lexis.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects within the real estate practice.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of legal technology and AI tools.
• Act as product owner for key knowledge and legal technology platforms.
• Develop knowledge products and client-facing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through people, process and technology.
• Monitor utilisation and ROI of knowledge resources and technology investments.
• Support a knowledge-sharing culture across the practice.
• Collaborate with business development to promote new client offerings.
• Represent the firm externally and keep abreast of market developments.
