Job summary

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to pivot into a strategic Knowledge & Innovation role, driving knowledge strategy, legal-tech adoption, and development of innovative products and services that enhance client value.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the real estate knowledge and innovation strategy, lead AI tool adoption, act as product owner for key platforms, and collaborate with partners to deliver improved client outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with significant real estate experience (8+ PQE).
Experience in knowledge management, legal operations or legal technology initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead innovation projects within the real estate practice.
Drive adoption and optimisation of legal technology and AI tools.
Act as product owner for knowledge and legal technology platforms.
Develop knowledge products and client-facing solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery through people, process and technology.
Monitor utilisation and ROI of knowledge resources and technology investments.
Support a knowledge-sharing culture across the practice.
Collaborate with business development to promote new client offerings.
