Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate disputes.
• Experience of County Court and First-tier Tribunal proceedings.
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.

Responsibilities

• Advise a broad client base on contentious real estate matters.
• Manage own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on high-value litigation.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development and client relationships.
• Assist with court proceedings, mediations and alternative dispute resolution.
