Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited in London seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to own the end-to-end data centre developments across EMEA, including the UK and Ireland, with responsibility from opportunity to close-out.

You will lead development agreements, manage permitting, and coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to drive successful delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development management or equivalent.
• End-to-end accountability for complex development programmes.
• Experience engaging with planning authorities and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development management from pre-transaction through close-out.
• Lead land development permitting and regulatory negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel regularly across EMEA to manage programmes and AHJ relationships.
