Nuclera is seeking a Senior Reagent Production Technician to oversee reagent preparation and quality control within a fast-paced environment. This role supports Nuclera’s mission in biotechnology, aiming to make proteins accessible for research.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology, along with hands-on laboratory experience. Responsibilities include operating lab equipment, adhering to quality standards, and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment.
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques including PCR.
• Familiarity with working within a QMS.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, produce, and dispense reagents according to established protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including pipettes and centrifuges.
• Document all production activities including batch records and inventory logs.
