Job summary

Replimune is seeking a QC Laboratory Technician at Milton Park to perform routine and non-routine QC testing in accordance with SOPs and established methods. This role involves reagent preparation, tissue culture support, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.

The position is on-site with a typical 5-day week, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to cGMP/GDP practices, while supporting audits and documentation with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of laboratory-based experience.
• Competent analytical skills and attention for detail.
• Understanding of GMP requirements.
• Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel), good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing of routine and non-routine samples according to SOPs.
• Maintain cell lines by revival and passaging.
• Manage QC sample and material receipts and inventory.
• Routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead introduction of new equipment and participate in validation activities.
• Write, review or update SOPs, protocols, and forms.
• Support QC method transfers, validation and stability activities.
• Adhere to cGMP and GDP practices.
• General lab tasks including housekeeping and supplies inventory.
• Assist investigations related to OOS/OOT results and deviations.
