Isle of Wight Council is seeking a motivated Class 2F (or higher) Registered Building Inspector to lead a team of RBIs on complex projects across the island. You will manage a caseload, mentor colleagues, and contribute to strategic Building Control management.

This office-based role offers agile or remote working options and is a key part of ensuring safety and compliance for residents and visitors on the Isle of Wight.

Qualifikationen

• Class 2F RBI or higher registration is required.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of RBIs.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and enforcement processes.
