Job summary

The Isle of Wight Council is seeking an experienced Class 2F (or higher) Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to lead a team of RBIs and manage a challenging caseload across the island. You will mentor colleagues, handle complex projects, and help drive Building Control forward in this unique environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Class 2F (or higher) Registered Building Inspector (RBI).
• Experience leading a team of RBIs and handling complex building control projects.
