PZ Cussons (UK) Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Procurement Manager–Raw Materials to lead sourcing across key raw material categories, balance cost and supply risk, and collaborate with global teams to fuel consumer brands. You will drive supplier partnerships and negotiate strategically to secure value and continuity.

The role requires strong category management, data-driven decision making and experience in FMCG procurement, with MCIPS desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement or sourcing experience in FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals or raw materials.
• Proven track record leading sourcing projects and delivering commercial results.
• Strong category management and ability to make data-led decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategies for key raw material categories and build supplier partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and sourcing projects to improve margins.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, R&D and Quality to launch new products on time and budget.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities.
