Job summary

PZ Cussons in Manchester seeks a Group Supply Finance Manager to lead finance partnering across procurement and supply chain. You’ll turn data into action, steer forecasting and budgeting, and influence senior stakeholders across markets to drive value and governance. This is a central role shaping the supply chain finance agenda.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised accounting qualification with proven FMCG experience and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification or equivalent finance qualification.
• Strong finance business partnering experience within supply chain, procurement or manufacturing.
• Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders across functions/markets.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, costing, inventory, cash flow and supply chain financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills and capability with SAP and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with procurement and supply chain leaders to shape sourcing strategies and investment decisions.
• Lead standard costing, variance analysis and reporting across key supply chain cost drivers.
• Improve planning accuracy through forecasting, performance reviews and budgeting across the supply chain.
• Provide insight into FX exposure, freight costs, working capital and cash performance.
• Strengthen governance, controls and continuous improvement across inventory and finance processes.
• Coach and develop a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to grow capability within the team.
