Workspace Group PLC in London is seeking a Rates Operations Manager to own the end-to-end business rates function across the property portfolio. You will manage the process from occupancy events through to payment, allocation, reconciliation and reporting, while ensuring compliance with local authority and VOA requirements.

You will lead a small team, driving continuous improvements in processes and systems, and liaise with Finance, Leasing, Credit Control and Technology.

Formación

• At least 5 years' experience in business rates administration or similar.
• Strong knowledge of rateable values, liability periods, reliefs and local authority processes.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, reporting and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience liaising with local authorities and the VOA.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end business rates function across the portfolio.
