Bank of America Bromley is seeking a Senior Rates eTrading Development Lead to modernize and expand front-office eTrading platforms across global rates products. This hands-on technical leadership role requires deep Java expertise, architectural vision, and collaboration with traders, quant teams and engineers.

The role focuses on building high‑performance, low‑latency components, real-time pricing, and scalable workflows, while promoting agile practices, code quality, and robust deployment

Qualifications

Hands-on Java development and technical leadership experience.
Engineering, Science or Math degree.

Responsibilities

Build high-performance, low latency components for fixed income eTrading and pricing workflows.
Develop real-time order execution, auto-quoting, algo engines, pricing services with quant teams.
Champion agile practices, code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing for scalable design.
Refactor and modernize code, improve performance and observability.
Collaborate with regional/global technology partners and business groups.
Define and deliver the strategic roadmap with stakeholders.
