Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Regional Manager to lead RAN deployment teams and drive end-to-end delivery of network sites across the UK. You will coordinate design, acquisition, build and handover processes, working with internal and external partners to meet ambitious programme milestones.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale RAN programmes, strong stakeholder leadership and a data-driven approach to planning, budgeting and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading specialist, multi-disciplinary RAN deployment teams to targets within complex commercial environments.
• Extensive delivery experience across large-scale RAN deployment programmes with multiple frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and relationship-building across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through design to handover to Operations.
• Manage delivery partners across design, acquisition, construction and site activation.
• Drive cross-functional engagement with Acquisition, Planning, Transmission, Operations, Legal and Estates to meet programme milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards for internal teams and partners.
• Develop strategic deployment plans aligning regional delivery capacity with company and programme milestones.
