Job summary
83zero is seeking an experienced RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer with strong LTE/5G expertise to join our team in the UK. You will support deployment, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of multi-vendor RAN networks for enterprise and private 5G projects.
You will install and integrate RAN equipment (BBU, RRU/RRH), configure cells and frequencies, perform radio software loads, validate coverage and handover, and collaborate with customers, vendors and partners to deliver
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in LTE/5G RAN deployment and integration.
- Hands-on experience with 4G LTE, 5G NR and Private 5G RAN.
- Experience with multiple RAN vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei or Open RAN).
- Strong knowledge of RAN commissioning, cell configuration, radio integration and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Installing and integrating RAN equipment (BBU, RRU/RRH).
- Performing radio commissioning and integration.
- Configuring cells, frequencies and network features.
- Performing radio software loading and upgrades.
- Validating synchronisation, coverage, mobility and connectivity.
- Supporting ATP execution, acceptance testing and customer handover.
- Troubleshooting RAN alarms and hardware issues.
