Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Transport Advisory professional to lead and deliver advisory projects across the North of England. You will work within the Rail and Transit Advisory discipline, developing pipelines, managing proposals, and supporting client and stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes strong analytical foundations, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in transport planning or related subject.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills; experience using Excel to structure data and present results.
• Excellent communication and report-writing capabilities; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs for clients.
• Interface directly with clients to manage and nurture relationships.
• Prepare technical analysis supporting project development and proposals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and bid writing.
• Provide project management support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
