Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland seeks a Senior Consultant to join a new consultancy-based team delivering project services across rail clients. The role combines business analysis, change management and programme support to shape and deliver change initiatives, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement and governance.

You will work in a hybrid setup with client delivery and internal collaboration across rail projects, driving value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in rail sector or comparable transport environment.
Experience in business analysis, change management, transformation or programme support.
Ability to elic it, analyse and document requirements and translate to recommendations.
Experience producing requirements documentation with MoSCoW prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of rail-related business change and transformation initiatives.
Gather and document business, operational and stakeholder requirements.
Develop process maps to support current and future state.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across clients and partners.
Support change activities including impact assessments and benefits tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery approaches.
Coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders, workstreams or project interfaces.
Contribute to governance and assurance across projects.
