Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Rail Systems delivery across the UK. You will lead projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating UK and international teams, and managing design & build, commissioning, and complex programmes.

You will demonstrate strong leadership, HSQE focus, and mature risk and change management while delivering on milestones and contractual commitments within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong HSQE leadership on projects and ability to govern multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Design & Build and Testing & Commissioning.
• Experience managing sub-contracts to deliver key works.
• Proven client relationship skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle with UK and international teams.
• Coordinate delivery across AtkinsRéalis and trusted supply chain partners.
• Ensure milestones are met with right-first-time delivery and optimal access.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities, maintaining strong change control.
