Job summary

Matchtech Group on the East Coast Main Line is seeking a PTS Senior Site Supervisor to oversee hands-on rail works. This contract role involves leading site teams, ensuring safe delivery and compliance with railway standards.

You'll coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors, maintain records and report on progress, quality and safety performance, and be available for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising rail, telecoms, M&E or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Valid PTS and ECS cards.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Strong understanding of rail safety procedures and site compliance requirements.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams during planned works.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in line with railway standards and project requirements.
• Monitor progress on site and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain site records and reporting on progress, quality and safety performance.
