Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking Quantity Surveyors, Commercial/Cost Management Professionals and Cost Verification Consultants for major rail and station programmes in the UK. Roles span pre/post-contract QS, cost planning, budgeting and procurement support across diverse rail projects.

Applicants with NEC4 knowledge, strong analytical and reporting skills and experience in complex environments will be favorably considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of major rail infrastructure programmes.
• Assist with cost planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support procurement, tender evaluation and contract administration.
• Produce audit reports and cost submissions for review.
• Conduct cost verification and cost assurance activities.
