My client seeks a SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER / Q.S. for a long term contract role working RAIL related projects - based in Birmingham. You must have experience of all quantity surveying and / or commercial management duties and have good Rail experience using NEC contracts. Experience of doing Cost Verfication and cost audit work is required in particular for cost of people''s salaries, day rates, pension contributions and more.
My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices. My client works on projects for infrastructure and also for buildings.
You will be a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager who has good experience of working on RAIL related projects. You should have a BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying or in Commercial Management or Accountancy or Engineering. You may be MRICS qualified although this is not essential. You will have in excess of 6 years quantity surveying experience. You must have good knowledge in the use of NEC contracts. Salary to £80000 per annum. Client would also consider contract.
