Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Ashby De-La-Zouch seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Riyadh Metro Line 2 Extension F-SCADA scope. You will drive mobilisation through handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial targets are met while coordinating across UK, Saudi Arabia, Germany and France.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team across engineering, software, testing and commissioning, manage stakeholders, and uphold Siemens processes and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex rail/infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across lifecycle stages.
• Strong customer-facing leadership in international delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Riyadh Metro Line 2 Extension F-SCADA project.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, quality, risk and customer delivery.
• Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary project team.
• Establish robust project governance aligning with Siemens standards.
• Drive health, safety, quality, cyber security and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee F-SCADA integration activities and interfaces.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors and international teams.
• Forecast, manage costs, mitigate risks and deliver financial objectives.
• Lead contractual and commercial activities including variations and claims.
