Ford & Stanley Select is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Manchester to lead high-value infrastructure programmes across Rail, Nuclear, Energy, and Aviation. You will steer projects from inception through delivery, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive governance and bid activities, and deliver complex assignments in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven client-side project management experience.
• Strong experience administering NEC contracts.
• Experience leading bid management and tender activities.
• Track record delivering complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Responsabilités

• Lead successful delivery of infrastructure projects across Rail, Nuclear, Energy and Aviation.
• Manage projects through lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources, risks and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage contract administration and change control processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvement.
• Support business growth through bid activities and client engagement.
• Mentor and develop junior project management professionals.
