Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with polymer/organic synthesis, polymeric particle manufacturing, surface functionalization, and materials characterization.
• Working knowledge of chromatography and biopharma applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical innovations across chromatography, diagnostics, and biopharma consumables.
• Design and execute polymer synthesis, particle manufacture, and surface functionalization.
• Provide leadership in technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing with robust, scalable processes.
• Influence long-term technology strategies and roadmaps for polymeric/silica particle technologies.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations to senior leadership.
