- 8+ years of experience in polymer/organic synthesis, particle manufacturing, surface functionalization, and materials characterization.
- Experience in chromatography and biopharma applications.
- Proven track record delivering innovative solutions that improve product performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovations across chromatography, diagnostics, and biopharma consumables.
- Design and execute polymer synthesis, particle manufacture, and surface functionalization.
- Lead high-visibility R&D projects and mentor teams.
- Transfer technology from R&D to manufacturing with robustness and scalability.
- Present technical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
