• R&D experience in the Electrical sector.

• Identify and manage sub-contractors as required.
• Maintain technical authority across all R&D activities, ensuring robust engineering practices, documentation, and design reviews.
• Work closely with the Sales and Engineering Departments to translate market needs into clear technical product specifications.
