Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted in Macclesfield, Cheshire, is seeking a Quarry Manager to lead the day-to-day quarry operations, drive safety standards and maintain production efficiency across the site.

You will work as a senior operational partner to the Operations Manager, overseeing budgets, KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance and high performance on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in a production environment.
• Experience in quarrying or heavy industrial operations.
• Strong health & safety leadership.
• Proven track record managing production and operational performance.
• Experience in team development and coaching.
• Familiarity with fixed plant and production processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfort working in safety-critical environments.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the quarry.

• Act as senior operational leader in the Operations Manager's absence.
