The role involves managing your workload and mentoring junior staff, contributing to major government framework projects while ensuring strong client communication and project management skills. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, alongside generous benefits including 30 days annual leave, is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant.
• Degree qualification in a RICS-accredited Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Strong client liaison and communication skills.
