Job summary

Carrington West is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major AMP8 framework within the water/wastewater sector. The role focuses on commercial leadership, procurement support, and contract administration for a portfolio valued around £100m, with remote flexibility 2/3 days per week and 2/3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Must have background with a Tier 1 contractor, preferably in Water/Wastewater.
• Experience in procurement, contract administration, valuations and final accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate sustainable relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide commercial support for procurement activities, contract/subcontract administration, valuations, final accounts, and more.
• Maintain workload targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of commercial reports.
• Offer legal and contractual advice, identify and mitigate commercial risks, and support commercial resources as needed.
