Aqua Consultants is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to cover Aqua clients across the North and Midlands, with hybrid working and the need to commute to client offices and sites as required. You will handle cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration on infrastructure projects.

Key qualifications include NEC3/4 knowledge, post-contract experience, and MRICS/MCICES progress. Attractive benefits and a clear progression path are offered.

Qualifications

• NEC3/4 working knowledge.
• Post-Contract experience.
• Project cost management skills including organisational and diligent skills.
• Water Industry or wider utilities experience.
• Working towards MRICS / MCICES.
• Pre Contract / Contract Documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion and act as client focal point.
• Mobilise and manage multiple infrastructure projects, including NEC contracts.
• Provide estimating, cost planning, procurement advice and tender documentation support.
• Administer contracts and cost reporting, ensure timely information exchange with clients and contractors.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and scope.
• Liaise with clients and contractors daily to ensure clear communication.
