Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Working towards or holding chartered membership.
• Experience in utilities, water, civil engineering, or MEICA.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for assigned projects and work packages.
• Collaborate with design, construction and supply chain to monitor costs.
• Build client relationships to meet project objectives.
• Manage contracts and notices.
• Prepare subcontract documentation and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee payments, valuations and final accounts.
• Produce cost reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor junior commercial team members.
• Contribute to commercial best practices and development.
