Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd client in the water sector is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to manage project commercial activities. Based in Rickmansworth with hybrid working available, you will report to the Managing QS and oversee cost control and contract administration.

Responsibilities include cost capture, supplier and subcontract management, payment applications, and reporting on cost and value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial management of projects in a contracting environment.
• In-depth cost control and value reporting.
• Knowledge of NEC/IChemE contract forms is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Quantity surveying duties managing projects and work packages.
• Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
• Prepare and issue subcontract documentation and manage payments and cost reports.
